Cable Tray System
Cable Tray System is often confused with Cable Ladder Type and Cable Trunking Type.
The Main Difference between Cable Tray and Cable Trunking Type is the Perforation at the base of the Cable Tray. Cable Trunking has solid bottom base.
Cable Tray System.
Cable Tray System – Commonly identified with perforation base while Cable Trunking System is commonly identified with solid base.
Cable Tray System with perforation base is commonly used for the Protection of Smaller Electrical Cable or Data Cable, as the smaller cable is much more flexible than the large diameter cable, it is not suitable to use cable ladder due to the spaces in between the rung.
Smaller Electrical or Data Cable is also more prone to damage by pests like rats due to its size. in some area the cable is being bitten by rats due to insufficient protection or enclosure to the cable. Cable Tray and Trunking system provide the best solutions for problems as such.

2. Materials.
Commonly Used Material and the standard thickness for our Cable Tray are as follows:

3. Coatings.
Epoxy Powder Coating can be done on Cable Tray System instead of Hot Dip Galvanized. For Coating Colour, it can be customized depending on request and Quantity involved.
